Dr. Sue Beckham develops science-based exercise solutions to address muscle imbalances and issues related to poor mobility and core stability. She received her M.S. and Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University in Health and Kinesiology, and Physiology, respectively. While at The Cooper Institute, Sue trained wellness, first responder, military, and medical professionals all over the world. Her experience includes sports medicine, cardiac rehabilitation, university level teaching (UT Arlington), research, and coaching. With over 20 years of triathlon racing experience, Sue is a two-time Hawaii Ironman finisher. Her advanced training in corrective and functional exercise prescription helps novice exercisers, as well as competitive athletes take their fitness to the next level. When Sue isn’t training clients, you can find her cycling, running, gardening, and playing with her four-legged fur babies.
